This is a 20% mission, lasting 3 years, which could potentially be extended if you prove yourself. As a change management assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the teams and the project. You will be responsible for the creation of editorial content, the website, visual materials, and video clips as part of the institution's digital transformation.TasksThe role consists of producing varied content (texts, videos, visuals) and managing digital communication channels to support the institution's digital transition.- Feed and update the website, write internal newsletters and legal content- Design visual materials and posters respecting the graphic charter- Create video clips and tutorials to support users- Manage photo shoot logistics and visual selection- Support the drafting of press releases and FAQsWe are looking for- Student at a University of Applied Sciences (HEG, HES) or equivalent in digital marketing or web design- Excellent writing skills in French- Mastery of visual tools (such as Adobe Suite or Canva)- Ability to simplify complex subjects for the general public- Mastery of the Office suite and web content management tools (CMS)To succeed in this function, your personal skills are as follows:- Change-oriented- Social- Responsible- Intellectually curiousOur recruitment processThis recruitment process is managed by Academic.
