StellenbeschreibungPresentation The School of Medicine (SM), attached to the Faculty of Biology and Medicine (FBM) of the University of Lausanne (UNIL), provides scientific and clinical training to nearly 2,000 students. The teaching office (TO), one of the four units of the SM, serves as the primary interface with students regarding the organisational and administrative aspects of the medical curriculum, and manages the administration of teaching from the 1st year of Bachelor to the 3rd year of Master. To complete the team following the departure of a colleague, the head of the teaching office is looking for a: Manager of Elective Courses and OUT Mobility at 80% Position Information Start date: 1 October 2026 Contract duration: permanent contract (CDI) Work rate: 80% Workplace: UNIL-CHUV hospital campus (Rue César-Roux 19), 1005 Lausanne Your activities This position is aimed at a person who enjoys teamwork and wishes to develop in a dynamic environment, notably to ensure the management of: OUT Mobility: Management and organisation of students' international OUT mobility, including coordination with partner universities and the International Relations Service, monitoring of files and ECTS credits, updating framework documents and the website, as well as contributing to the improvement of dedicated processes and tools. Elective courses: Administrative management of elective courses and research design workshops: allocation of students, coordination with academic leaders, teachers and partners, publication of programmes, room booking, validation of attendance and ECTS credits, as well as updating dedicated documents and web pages. The post holder contributes to the smooth running of the teaching office, actively participates in the continuous improvement of processes, and provides quality support to students, teachers and internal and external partners. Your profile Federal diploma of commercial employee or equivalent qualification Minimum 5 years of professional experience Organisational and planning skills, rigour, precision, respect for deadlines, standards and procedures Strong team spirit and mutual support, availability, flexibility Excellent interpersonal skills Good knowledge of common IT tools Fluency in French (spoken and written) with excellent writing skills Knowledge of academic secretarial work would be a plus Your benefits A pleasant working environment in a multicultural and diverse academic setting.
