Do you speak and write French or German and can you make yourself understood in the other language?Are you ready to take on challenges and do you like to work efficiently? Are you also enthusiastic about supporting the accounting side of a real estate portfolio and therefore the entire team?Then you are in the right place with us. We offer you responsibility for the following activities:- Preparation of heating and service charge statements- Preparation of condominium ownership (PPE) statements- Preparation of management statements- Execution of payments- Collection of rents and condominium ownership (PPE) accounts- Reminders, including debt collection and evictions- Assisting the department- Actively participating in work processes- Exchange of ideasYour profile:- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in commerce or an equivalent qualification- French or German native speaker, with good knowledge of the other language- Knowledge of the Immob10 program would be an advantageWe offer you:- A working environment in a motivated and dynamic team- Varied and interesting work- Responsibilities- In the city center of Fribourg- No salary deduction for non-occupational accident insurance (AANP) and occupational accident insurance- Flexible working conditionsDoes this offer match your expectations?
