To strengthen its team in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for abr/br/Sales Engineer for French-speaking Switzerland – Baumer Electric AG. Reporting to the Head of Sales Switzerland based in Frauenfeld, you will take over a solid customer portfolio spread across the cantons of Geneva, Vaud, Fribourg and Valais. You will benefit from the support of your predecessor who will assist you during your onboarding. As an ambassador of the Baumer brand, you will retain a demanding industrial clientele and develop commercial activities in your territory by identifying new opportunities with existing or new customers. Main tasks Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio by offering sensor and measuring instrument solutions for new projects Expand your portfolio by acquiring new customers Actively develop the customer network and identify the most relevant sales channels Support customers on technical and commercial aspects as a pragmatic and trusted partner Manage the sales pipeline in a structured manner, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to their realisation Ensure follow-up of commercial activities and regular reporting in the CRMbr/br/Your profile Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling electronic components or technical solutions Resilience, strong customer orientation, solution and results focused Autonomous and entrepreneurial approach, team spirit and strong curiosity for technology Excellent communication and negotiation skills Fluent in French and German (minimum C1); English is a plusbr/br/We offer Wide field autonomy within a globally recognised Swiss family group Support from your predecessor during your onboarding A headquarters in Frauenfeld and an international presence in 19 countries A stable working environment and attractive conditionsbr/br/Ready to become Baumer’s ambassador in French-speaking Switzerland?
