Inside Sales Interface & Automation (M/F/X)

Responsibilities You support and advise clients on industrial automation and connectivity solutions. You ensure the link between field needs and the technical solutions proposed by the company. You analyse client issues and identify the most suitable solutions for their applications. You develop, monitor and defend high value-added technical offers. You accompany clients throughout their projects, from the advisory phase to implementation. You coordinate the handling of technical requests, complaints and guarantees with a high level of service quality. You participate in the launch of new products and contribute to their market development. You conduct technical training for clients and internal teams. You maintain active market watch to report needs and trends observed among clients. You collaborate closely with sales, marketing and technical teams to ensure an optimal client experience. Candidate Profile You have a technical education in automation, electrical engineering, mechatronics or an equivalent field. You have experience in technical support, inside sales or selling technical solutions. You enjoy interacting with clients and know how to build long-term trustful relationships. You combine strong technical sensitivity with a service- and solution-oriented approach. You are comfortable simplifying complex technical topics for varied interlocutors. You demonstrate autonomy, organisation and excellent prioritisation skills. You have a perfect command of French (C1) and good knowledge of German (B1). You enjoy working in a dynamic, collaborative and innovation-driven environment.
