The Digital Solutions team provides the digital solutions and IT services that support Innosuisse's business processes and enable the fully digital processing of applications and associated procedures. This includes internal solutions as well as platforms and digital tools used by applicants, accredited coaches, experts, project partners, and other external stakeholders to submit, process, evaluate, and manage support applications. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an:Azure Cloud EngineerAs an Azure Cloud Engineer, you ensure a secure, stable, and standardized environment as well as the continuous development of our Azure platform. In close cooperation with architecture, security, and our external partners, you contribute decisively to the reliable and scalable provision of our digital services.Tasks- You operate and continuously develop our Azure platform – including Azure Landing Zone, subscriptions, networks, Endpoints, DNS, Key Vaults, and PaaS services.- You technically implement governance and security requirements, particularly in the areas of Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, RBAC, PIM, Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, encryption, and Zero Trust.- You are responsible for monitoring, logging, and alerting and you maintain the platform as well as the standards.- You provide support during incidents, changes, releases, and malfunctions in the Azure environment and ensure root cause analysis, technical documentation, and troubleshooting.- You develop automation and Infrastructure as Code with tools such as ARM, Bicep, Terraform, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and CI/CD pipelines.- You collaborate closely with architecture, security, development teams, and external partners and provide support on topics of resilience, backup, compliance, and cost optimization.Profile- You hold a degree in computer science, information systems, or an equivalent qualification (Bachelor or Master) and have several years of experience in the operation and development of cloud platforms on Microsoft Azure.- Continuous certifications or specializations in Azure (e.g., Azure Administrator or Azure Security Engineer) are an advantage.- You possess a solid understanding of secure, stable, and standardized design patterns on Azure and have in-depth knowledge in the areas of Azure Cloud, Azure Security, Identity & Access Management, networking, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code.- Experience in the Azure environment as well as Azure DevOps, Git, and modern CI/CD pipelines are part of your daily routine.- You are able to identify and evaluate technical risks and derive measures to improve security, stability, and operability.- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and are capable of documenting technical concepts in an understandable way and explaining them clearly to different stakeholder groups.- You think analytically and systemically, act with a sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset, and have a strong sensitivity to data protection and information security issues.- You communicate easily in German (C1) and have good knowledge of English in a professional context.We offer- A stimulating and dynamic work environment in which you contribute to the promotion of science-based innovation in Switzerland, in the interest of the economy and society.- A varied field of activity at the heart of the Swiss innovation scene where you can apply your knowledge and experience and contribute to ensuring that highly innovative products and services are successfully supported.- Modern working conditions, flexibility, and employment terms with excellent social benefits.- A motivated, committed, and professional team that looks forward to welcoming you.In this case, do not hesitate to send us your application via our online portal.
