Your tasks: Ensure the coordination of support within the service Work closely with the person responsible for the living area for team management Supervise and support the team using clinical expertise in the care provided to clients Promote and embody daily the concepts and values of the Foundation's support Participate in the completion of PLEX, PLAISIR and API assessments Ensure, develop and guarantee the quality of nursing care in close collaboration with the person responsible for the living area Participate in staff evaluations Provide on-call duties Participate in various service development projects?

Your profile: Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent recognised by the CRS

Your assets:

Experience in psychogeriatrics and/or CAS in psychogeriatrics Experience in supporting people with mental health disorders Your skills:

Knowledge of the palliative care concept Fluency in French (written and spoken) We offer you:
