StellenbeschreibungSENE70br/br/Energy and Environment Service (SENE) - Water and Soil Section You will join a motivated team committed to the protection and quality control of surface and groundwater, discharges from treatment plants (water and sludge), air and soil.br/br/Your tasks Attached to the "Water and Soil" section, you manage, with the support of the section head, all laboratory activities, accredited ISO 17025, mainly in the field of analytical chemistry. Thanks to your experience, you actively participate in maintaining the laboratory accreditation, particularly in the process from sample reception to result validation. Furthermore, you organise analysis programmes and subcontract analyses according to sampling campaigns. You are proficient in sample preparation methods and the use of database management systems (DBMS). Additionally, you analyse results comprehensively and contribute to the preparation of reports on water quality. Finally, supporting the laboratory head, you ensure the operational management of the lab as well as the supervision and training of the team, especially apprentices.br/br/Your profile Holder of a master’s degree in chemistry or an equivalent qualification, you have at least three years of experience in laboratory work. You possess good practical knowledge in the use of ICP, HPLC, GC devices and techniques for identifying trace compounds by mass spectrometry. Moreover, you are fluent in French, both spoken and written, and also have knowledge of German to communicate with specialists at the Swiss level. Thanks to your analytical and synthesis skills, you anticipate needs and implement procedures that are both simple and effective.
