Contribute to the monitoring of personnel files (file creation, document updating, filing, archiving, etc.). Participate in the administrative management related to accident, illness, APG and maternity declarations. Coordinate, in collaboration with the team, the processing and follow-up of requests addressed to the department. Provide versatile support and actively collaborate on various HR department tasks as needed.br/br/Your profile: You have a first professional experience in an administrative field You hold the HRSE Human Resources Manager certificatebr/br/(an asset)br/br/or wish to undertake the training leading to its acquisition. You are comfortable with administrative work and using IT tools. You possess a synthetic mind, writing skills and demonstrate quick thinking.
