We support talent in building career paths by offering consulting, recruitment, and tailored technological solutions in national and international contexts.IT Help Desk Specialist (1st 2nd Level)Main Responsibilities- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to users.- Manage requests and incidents via ticketing systems.- Analyze and resolve issues related to:- Windows systems;- Corporate applications;- Hardware and peripherals;- Connectivity and network issues.- Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of PCs, notebooks, and corporate devices.- Manage users, groups, and permissions via Active Directory / Entra ID.- Support users in the use of the Microsoft 365 environment.- Collaborate with teams for more complex issues.- Document activities performed and update the knowledge base.Required Qualifications- Previous experience in Help Desk / IT Support roles.- Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment.- Knowledge of:- Microsoft 365;- Active Directory;- Entra ID / Azure AD;- Ticketing tools;- Hardware and software troubleshooting;- Basic networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).- Analytical skills, problem-solving, orientation towards results, and aptitude for interacting with users.Languages- German level B2/C1 - mandatory requirement.- Italian.- Knowledge of English is a plus.Preferred Qualifications- ITIL certification.- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.- Experience in enterprise or multinational contexts.Offer- Full-time position within an international context and the opportunity to work on Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT processes.- Environment and possibilities for professional growth.- Salary commensurate with experience.If you are an IT professional dedicated to user support, with experience in troubleshooting and a good command of the German language, send us your application.
