Service Sector Manager 100% Your tasks You lead and develop our workshop and after-sales service team, both technically and managerially. You advise and support our customers professionally, in person, by phone and by e-mail. You ensure impeccable service quality and an excellent customer experience. You coordinate and supervise maintenance, servicing and repair work to ensure the smooth running of the workshop. You prepare quotes and calculate repair costs reliably and transparently. You plan and prioritise work orders while always keeping an eye on deadlines, resources and quality. You are responsible for quality management and ensure compliance with our high standards. You analyse existing processes, propose new ideas and actively contribute to their optimisation. You handle administrative tasks related to workshop activities. You collaborate closely with other teams to provide a first-class customer experience. Your profile You have a technical education, ideally in the motorcycle field, or equivalent professional experience. You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German, both spoken and written. Any other language is an asset. You work independently, in a structured manner and appreciate responsibility. You stand out through your service orientation, professionalism and customer focus. You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools and, ideally, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and BME software. You are a committed, flexible and stress-resistant person who enjoys teamwork. You keep calm and know how to set the right priorities, even when the pace accelerates. You demonstrate confidence, make decisions with conviction and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. You work methodically and goal-oriented, even in demanding situations. You have excellent organisational and planning skills and can manage priorities effectively.
