Gathering specific user requirements and ensuring their technical implementation, mainly in the field of construction Involvement of the operating sites concerned by the project, planning and timely introduction of conversion measures Monitoring investment and construction costs, as well as managing and controlling documentation related to buildings and infrastructure Checking specifications, plans and technical descriptions of building and infrastructure equipment, in accordance with applicable external and internal standards Reviewing tenders in the fields of construction and infrastructure Managing suppliers and manufacturers in the fields of construction and infrastructure, monitoring the execution and cost development, as well as carrying out inspections Participating in the preparation of company contracts, site follow-up meetings and representing the owner's interests Site supervision to ensure compliance with the specifications Coordinating various experts to achieve objectives

What you bring

Education: Completed studies (Uni/VET, University of Applied Sciences, ES) Specialisation: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering or ES Technician in construction management, with 5 to 10 years of experience Professional experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing large and complex construction projects preferred Systematic and structured working method, networked thinking, good sense of priorities and stress resistance Good knowledge of Office and SAP French (B2) German (B2)
