Overall responsibility for the personnel and organisational management of the store Scheduling, leadership, motivation, and development of the sales team Competent advice and friendly support of our customers as well as Ensuring a first-class shopping experience Ensuring compliance with budget targets and relevant key figures Planning and managing the product range as well as ensuring an attractive and sales-promoting product presentation Monitoring product availability, inventory management, and ordering processes Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards Independent handling of all administrative tasks, including cash register reconciliations and inventories
