Passionate about watchmaking and looking for a new professional opportunity?br/br/Our client, a recognised player in the luxury watch industry located in the heart of the Neuchâtel mountains, has entrusted us with recruiting their future team members.br/br/As part of strengthening their teams and to meet a long-term need, we are currently seeking a: Logistics Workshop Manager on a fixed-term contract (one year)br/br/Workshop Managerbr/br/Your tasks: - Monitor the availability of components necessary for production, identify shortages or missing items, alert the relevant departments and ensure the update of associated stock movements - Perform stock entries and exits on SAP, monitor stock levels available in the workshop and participate in physical inventories - Respond to workshop requests related to manufacturing orders (MO), item references and quantities - Detect and report discrepancies between computerised and physical stocks, as well as data inconsistencies, to help ensure their regularisationbr/br/Your profile: - Technician-level training or equivalent, in production management and/or logistics - Significant industrial experience in a production workshop management role - Proficient with IT tools (MS Office, SAP and production tracking) - Strong analytical and synthesis skills - Rigorous and methodical, with a good team spirit - Available and possessing excellent listening and communication skillsbr/br/jid7083a29aen jit0832aen jpiy26aen
