To complete our teams in Orbe, we are looking for a person to fill the position of:br/br/Traffic Controller / Train Traffic Managerbr/br/Your missions You are part of a team whose main tasks are the operational management of rail and road networks in real time, as well as the preparation and dissemination of information to travellers. Using the available tools, you continuously compare the progress of traffic, decide on and implement traffic management measures while respecting safety rules and established processes. You inform travellers and internal and external partners according to the actual situation and decisions taken. You ensure the servicing of safety installations; in case of disruption, you take the necessary measures while respecting the processes and safety rules in force. If needed, you carry out protection and/or emergency measures and trigger the necessary alarms. You perform various administrative tasks related to the role.br/br/Your profile You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC), ideally as a public transport clerk, or have equivalent training or experience in the operational and daily management of a public transport network; You have completed a category B train traffic manager training (according to OAASF) and currently practise this function; You are a trustworthy, punctual and reliable person; You demonstrate an excellent sense of responsibility and initiative; You know how to be proactive and reactive in disrupted or complex situations, and remain calm in difficult circumstances.
