Your main tasks and responsibilities: Manage and structure the logistics department in a context of transformation Supervise and develop a team of 3 planners Stabilise and optimise PIC and PDP processes as well as capacity planning Ensure the reliability of customer deadlines, material availability, and ERP data consistency Analyse and manage logistics KPIs and intervene operationally when necessary Yourbr/br/education and skills: Commercial or technical training completed by a specialisation in Supply Chain Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role in an industrial environment Excellent command of SAP and planning tools Experience in team management and continuous improvement context Strong analytical skills and sense of priorities Yourself: Structuring and unifying leader in a changing environment Capable of combining strategic vision and operational involvement Rigorous, proactive and solution-oriented Comfortable managing priorities and pressure Communicative, with a strong capacity for cross-functional collaboration Workplace: - 2504 Biel (BE)br/br/Why choose us: You hold a key position in a strategic phase for the company.
