Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. /ph3Job Description /h3ulliSupport and oversee the Group’s corporate structure and governance activities across multiple jurisdictions. /liliEnsure Group companies comply with internal and external corporate governance requirements. /liliMaintain accurate corporate records and draft, review and file corporate documentation. /liliDevelop and update corporate governance policies, Group policies and procedures. /liliSupport MA transactions and the post-acquisition integration of newly acquired entities. /liliProvide legal advice and contract support to departments including Sales, Business Development, Engineering, IT, HR, Finance and Procurement. /liliAdvise and train directors and employees on corporate governance responsibilities and legal obligations. /liliManage and guide paralegals, identify legal risks and prepare reports on the Group’s corporate activities. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law; other relevant degrees or professional certifications are advantageous. /liliAt least 8 years of in-house legal experience covering commercial law, corporate law and governance. /liliExperience within the engineering or construction industry is preferred. /liliFamiliarity with Swiss corporate law, governance models and legal entity management tools is advantageous. /liliFluent English is mandatory; German or other European languages are an advantage. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and organisation. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly. /liliIndependent and collaborative working style, with strong leadership, relationship-building and risk-management capabilities. /li /ulh3Additional Information /h3h3Job Location /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
