This role is responsible for driving standardized business processes, operational insights, digital capabilities, and cross-functional governance that enable informed decision making and improved supply chain performance. The position partners closely with Supply Chain functions, Value Chain Leaders, Digital Product teams, and senior leadership to strengthen operational performance, proactively manage supply risk, and accelerate continuous improvement across the end-to-end value chain. The role also serves as the Business Process Owner and Business Product Owner for the enterprise End-to-End Cycle Time capability, leading its strategy, governance, digital roadmap, and adoption across the organization. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3End-to-End Performance Management /h3 ul liLead the global One Performance Management (OPM) framework across Innovative Medicine Supply Chain. /li liOwn governance, standards, and continuous improvement of end-to-end performance management processes. /li liDrive adoption of standardized performance reviews across Functions, Platforms, Value Chains, and Sites. /li liEnsure performance measures align with strategic objectives and enable proactive business decisions. /li liPartner with senior leadership to improve operational transparency and accountability. /li /ul h3Supply Chain Reliability /h3 ul liLead enterprise Supply Chain Reliability processes to improve visibility to operational risks and strengthen supply reliability. /li liFacilitate cross-functional governance for significant supply issues, emerging risks, and reliability improvement initiatives. /li liDevelop leading indicators, risk monitoring capabilities, and standardized escalation processes that enable proactive issue management. /li liDrive continuous improvement by identifying systemic trends, capturing lessons learned, and promoting best practices across the organization. /li /ul h3Cycle Time Business Process Product Ownership /h3 ul liServe as the Business Process Owner and Business Product Owner for the End-to-End Cycle Time program. /li liDefine the strategy, governance, and roadmap for Cycle Time capabilities while driving standardization of processes, metrics, and reporting. /li liPartner with Digital Product, Data Analytics, and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and deliver scalable digital solutions. /li liPromote adoption of Cycle Time as a core operational performance metric through governance, training, and cross-functional engagement. /li /ul h3Digital Product Business Transformation /h3 ul liPartner with Digital Product teams to define business requirements and prioritize enhancements that improve user experience and business value. /li liLead business process standardization and digital transformation initiatives that simplify work and improve organizational effectiveness. /li liChampion adoption of digital tools, automation, and analytics that enable scalable performance management and operational excellence. /li /ul h3Leadership Collaboration /h3 ul liBuild strong partnerships across Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Deliver, External Manufacturing, and Value Chain organizations. /li liLead cross-functional workshops, governance forums, and strategic initiatives to align priorities and drive execution. /li liInfluence stakeholders across global organizations to deliver sustainable business outcomes and continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field. /li liMBA or advanced degree preferred. /li /ul h3Experience And Skills /h3 ul liRequired: ul li6-10 years of experience in supply chain, performance management, analytics, or a related role within pharmaceutical or regulated industries. /li liDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing global organizations. /li liExperience in performance management, business process ownership, digital product management, analytics, or operational excellence. /li liStrong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and enterprise performance management. /li liEffective communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights. /li /ul /li liPreferred: ul liExperience supporting digital transformation or performance management initiatives. /li liFamiliarity with IMSC models, enterprise supply chain metrics, or reliability frameworks. /li liExperience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments. /li /ul /li /ul h3Other /h3 ul liThis position may require up to 15% travel. /li /ul pJohnson Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
