Global Marketing Manager - Gravel

ph3Tasks /h3ulliDrive the growth of Scott’s gravel category on a global scale /liliLead Product marketing and conception of impactful go-to-market strategies for Scott’s gravel bikes /liliDevelop storytelling campaigns for the gravel category /liliActivate Scott’s Gravel athletes and ambassador program /liliManage content creation for product releases and campaigns, and cover all channels of communication /liliCreate Marketing and Product texts for all channels /liliCreate and provide content for B2C, B2B and Media newsletter distribution /liliDevelop and coordinate campaign strategies for both on and offline, including but not limited to print, web and social media /liliLead and coordinate campaign planning and brief campaigns in cooperation with Digital Marketing Salesteams /liliExecute web launches for the bike division /liliMaintain products and content on the website, control specs related products /liliSupport our proofreading process /liliDevelop strong Retail Marketing strategies and assets /liliRepresent the bike division during events such as internal sales meetings, dealer events, and product launches /liliSupport the Marketing team to manage daily tasks such as: /liliCoordination of Graphic requests and managing publication requests, e.g. Online News creation /liliSupport and services for Subs, Distributors, teams/athletes /li /ulh3We expect /h3ulliBachelor degree in marketing, communications or a related field and 3+ years of experience in the outdoor / bike industry /liliStrong connections within the bike/outdoor industry /liliExtensive experience working with creative agencies / Photographers / filmmakers /liliStrong digital background / experience with Social Media is a plus /liliHigh affinity and know-how of and passion for bikes / the bike industry /liliExperience in project management, online communication and go-to-market strategies /liliStrong communication, presentation and interaction skills /liliCreative skills to develop new marketing and communication campaigns /liliAvid gravel biker and team player /liliFluent business English is a Must.
