We build WEDO, a collaborative platform to prepare meetings, write minutes live, and track tasks across teams. /ppWe are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to take full ownership of product quality. This role is hands-on, end-to-end, and central to how we ship. You will be responsible for manual testing, test automation, and evolving our quality strategy — including the pragmatic use of AI to improve coverage and efficiency. /ppThis is not a support role. You are the quality owner. /ph3About the Role /h3pYou will own the entire QA process: /pulliFrom bug report triage to regression prevention /liliFrom test case design to automated execution /liliFrom today’s test suite to tomorrow’s quality strategy /li /ulpWe already have: /pulliDocumented test cases /liliA Playwright-based automated smoke test suite /li /ulpYour job is to strengthen, extend, and professionalize this foundation. /ph3About You /h3ulliYou care deeply about product quality and user impact /liliYou are comfortable switching between manual exploratory testing and test automation /liliYou think in systems, not just test cases /liliYou are autonomous, structured, and opinionated (with arguments) /li /ulpYou have: /pulliStrong experience in manual testing of web applications /liliSolid experience with test automation, ideally with Playwright or similar tools /liliA good understanding of modern web stacks (frontend, backend, APIs) /liliExperience designing and maintaining test suites over time /liliComfort working closely with developers and challenging assumptions /liliExperience using AI tools to generate, improve, or maintain tests /liliExperience defining QA strategy in a small or fast-moving team /liliExperience with CI pipelines and test execution in CI/CD /li /ulh3Things You Will Do /h3pWEDO is a fast-growing, continuously evolving company.
