TRAVYS is the leading public transport company for the North Vaud region, operating 3 railway lines and several bus lines in the Jura - North Vaud area, with approximately 330 employees. From 1 January 2027, TRAVYS will become part of movodis, a company formed from the merger of LEB, MBC and TRAVYS. Operations Planning Manager

Your mission

Reporting to the TRAVYS branch manager, you lead a team whose mission is to plan short- and medium-term production in the road and rail sectors (elements not plannable when establishing annual offers). You handle cross-functional files with other departments and manage complex planning projects. You are also directly responsible for files related to rail substitutions attached to your branch.

Your profile

• Hold a diploma as a Public Transport Manager or an equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by a higher professional training (EPD, federal certificate, CAS or equivalent) in the fields of technology, management or project management;
• Have 7 to 10 years’ experience in operating a public transport network and/or traffic management, including at least 3 years in team leadership;
• Know the main legal provisions applicable to public transport, notably the LCR, OLCR, LDT, OLDT, the CCT as well as railway regulations (PCT) and their implementation directives;
• Manage complex planning projects demonstrating a global vision, excellent organisational skills and prioritisation;
• Lead a team with unifying leadership, fostering collaboration, responsibility and skills development;
• Communicate fluently, both orally and in writing, and demonstrate excellent writing skills;
• Show excellent analytical, decision-making skills and stress resistance.
