You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week). /ph3What you will get: /h3ulliAn agile career and dynamic working culture. /liliAn inclusive and ethical workplace. /liliCompensation programs that recognize high performance. /liliOpportunities to shape the digital transformation of bioconjugation and development services. /liliFlexible benefits and development opportunities dependent on role and location (Visp, Basel, or Oss). /liliThe full list of our global benefits can be found here: /li /ulh3What you will do: /h3ulliDrive digital innovation within bioconjugation by identifying opportunities where data, AI, and computational technologies can enhance scientific outcomes. /liliPartner closely with scientists and business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into impactful digital solutions. /liliDefine digital use cases, success criteria, user stories, and high‑level functional requirements. /liliLead cross‑functional agile teams including subject matter experts, data scientists, data engineers, and IT partners. /liliManage solution delivery from concept to deployment, ensuring adoption, value realization, and stakeholder alignment. /liliMonitor emerging scientific and digital trends and recommend future capabilities that strengthen RD performance. /liliAct as a thought leader and mentor, helping grow digital capabilities across the organization. /li /ulh3What we are looking for: /h3ulliPhD in Chemistry, Bioconjugation, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Computational Sciences, or a related scientific discipline, or equivalent experience. /liliSolid experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, CRO, or related scientific environments. /liliExperience applying digital, data science, computational, or AI‑driven approaches to research and development challenges. /liliProven ability to translate scientific needs into scalable digital products, capabilities, or solutions. /liliExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills. /liliExperience with digital transformation, scientific workflow digitalization, analytics, AI/ML, or innovation strategy is advantageous. /li /ulh3About Lonza /h3pAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
