In this role, you will take ownership of critical metrology equipment used to support advanced semiconductor manufacturing, ensuring reliable measurement systems that enable robust process control and high product quality. Working closely with Lithography, Process Integration, and Manufacturing teams, you will develop and optimize measurement capabilities, support new product introductions, evaluate and implement new metrology technologies, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the site's metrology equipment and continuously improve measurement capabilities used for dimensional, structural, and materials characterization. /li liDevelop, optimize, and validate measurement methods and strategies that support manufacturing, process development, and new product introductions. /li liDefine and maintain measurement methodologies, qualification procedures, and engineering standards. /li liPerform Measurement System Analysis (MSA), including Gage RR, repeatability, reproducibility, bias, stability, and precision-to-tolerance evaluations. /li liAnalyze measurement and process data using statistical methods to identify trends, evaluate measurement performance, and drive data-informed process improvements. /li liMonitor metrology equipment stability and measurement performance, ensuring robust process control and early detection of process deviations. /li liCollaborate closely with Lithography, Process Integration, and Process Engineering teams to define measurement strategies for manufacturing and new product introductions. /li liSupport troubleshooting and root cause investigations by providing accurate, reliable measurement data and driving process capability improvements. /li liLead or support the evaluation, qualification, implementation, and continuous improvement of new metrology technologies, working with equipment suppliers and internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Microtechnology, Semiconductor Technology, or a related technical field. /li liTwo to five years of experience with semiconductor metrology techniques used for dimensional, structural, or materials characterization. /li liExperience working in a semiconductor cleanroom or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. /li /ul h3Additional Skills And Requirements /h3 ul liSolid understanding of metrology principles, Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and process capability. /li liExperience with semiconductor metrology techniques used for dimensional, structural, or materials characterization. /li liPractical experience operating, qualifying, or supporting semiconductor metrology equipment within a manufacturing or cleanroom environment. /li liExperience validating measurement methods and evaluating tool capability, stability, repeatability, and reproducibility. /li liStrong analytical and problem solving skills, with experience using statistical analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, Python, or similar software. /li liExperience supporting manufacturing, process development, or new product introductions, including the qualification of new metrology technologies, is advantageous. /li liExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and cross functional teams. /li liFluent English is required.
