Focusing on account growth and continuous account management process improvements, this position plays a key role in driving best practice across our Global Client service team: collaborating directly with different Lead Partners and account Teams and providing autonomous support /li liCoordinate and track progress of global account initiatives and projects /li liOrganize regular team calls, ensuring clear documentation and action tracking /li liMaintain and manage global account plans, engagement pipelines, and internal reporting tools /li liManage global client portal, risk management processes and knowledge‑sharing platforms /li liAssist with client pursuits, RFP responses, and proposal preparation /li liSupport financial management, including budgeting, billing coordination, and revenue tracking /li liUpdate and maintain our customer relationship management database and prepare newsletters for clients /li liSupport events organization and coordination /li /ul h3This is what makes you successful /h3 ul liBusiness diploma or equivalent education with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar position /li liFull proficiency in English, a very good level in French would be a strong asset /li liCommitted and resilient with a can‑do attitude, who thinks proactively and takes responsibility /li liCoordinating and setting priorities in a fast‑moving environment are among your strengths /li liStrong attention to details with an aptitude for proofreading /liliProven ability to deal with confidential/sensitive information with a high degree of tact and discretion /li liA strong team player who enjoys working in diverse teams /li liAdvanced MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) skills /li /ul h3Your benefits /h3 pbFlexible Work: /b We want to give you the support and flexibility to balance your career with life outside of work.
