Manage full-cycle recruitment across Supply Chain, Procurement, Operational Excellence, Technology, and related functions
Partner closely with hiring managers to define talent strategies and hiring priorities
Build proactive talent pipelines through innovative sourcing and market intelligence
Conduct talent mapping and competitor research to identify relevant talent pools
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Use data and market insights to advise stakeholders on talent availability and hiring strategies
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives where relevant
Drive recruitment projects while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proven experience as an end-to-end recruiter, either in-house or within a specialised recruitment consultancy
Track record recruiting for Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, Engineering, Technology, or related disciplines
Strong sourcing and talent research capabilities with a proactive, investigative mindset
Experience identifying talent from complex and niche labour markets
High levels of agility, curiosity, and adaptability
Comfortable leveraging technology and innovative sourcing techniques
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Quality-focused with the ability to deliver results in a demanding environment

Exposure to diverse and business-critical hiring projects
High level of stakeholder engagement and influence
Collaborative and fast-paced environment
Immediate impact in a visible recruitment role
