Strategic Projects Associate

ppWe are seeking a Strategic Projects Associate to join our Strategy Team. This role offers high‑visibility, versatile regional projects and direct exposure to senior stakeholders and Sika Group Management. We're looking for someone with a can‑do attitude and willing to go the extra mile. /ppIn this role you will design and deliver solutions that drive growth and efficiency, working closely with cross‑functional teams to gather insights, analyze data, and support both strategic planning and hands‑on execution. /ph3Our Goals - Your Path /h3ulliInterpret data, analyse results and define actions with Business, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations stakeholders to solve key business challenges /liliIdentify new opportunities provided by available data to generate valuable insights for the business and support growth /liliActively support countries / areas to review their strategic business plans and support translation into operations footprints through regular project drumbeats, dedicated workshops, as well as storytelling guidance and presentation drafting /liliPlay a key role in analysing the impact of MA activities on country masterplans and support local teams during the integration processes /liliImprove current and develop new processes and solutions and lead their roll‑out across country organizations /liliSupport in drafting presentations and data visualizations for country / area / region top‑management leveraging insights identified through data analysis / workshops / other researches /liliCreate strong link with cross‑functional teams to introduce and expand innovative solutions /li /ulh3Your Expertise /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or similar /lili3-4 years of experience with strategic projects and data analysis at a top consulting company /liliProven experience with analysis, process concept design as well as implementation phases of the project in a workstream lead position /liliStrong ability to connect the dots and create compelling stories suitable for the top management team /liliStrong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills with ability of translating data insights into actionable plans /liliHigh autonomy combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a can‑do attitude /liliPositive and energetic spirit that brings innovative ideas that engage people around you /liliProficiency in Excel and Office suite, knowledge of data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, BI) is a plus /liliFluency in English (written and spoken), German is a plus /liliBased in Zurich but flexible for occasional international travels /li /ulpWe offer intensive training and interesting perspectives for anyone who wants to build a career /ppSika is like a global SME: With subsidiaries in more than 100 countries around the world.
