Investment Analyst

(Full-time, Onsite)

You are genuinely curious, form well-reasoned views quickly, and are excited by the challenge of generating alpha. You hold yourself to high standards and enjoy being challenged on your thinking. You will be reporting to the co-head of the Liquid Investment Division.

Responsibilities

• Source, analyse, recommend and monitor external fund managers (long-only and hedge funds)

• Conduct due diligence and write detailed, objective investment memos

• Coordinate new investment ideas with the support teams at Calibrium

• Contribute to in-house analysis and monitoring systems

• Assist with additional research across Calibrium's investment divisions

• Build and manage relationships with external counterparties

Requirements

• 3+ years investment research experience with broad coverage of asset classes and investment strategies

• Demonstrable passion for investing and markets

• Genuine interest in AI and fluent use of AI tools in your day-to-day work

• Deep network in the asset management industry, or the desire to build one

• Knowledge of analytical tools and applications (e.g. Bloomberg, Morningstar, Albourne)

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• Willingness to travel on a regular basis

• Resident in, or eligible to work in, Switzerland

Desirable

• CFA or CAIA (completed or ongoing)

• Familiarity with AI coding agents

• Basic Python knowledge

• German language skills
