You will drive the evolution of our ESG reporting and ensure that we meet the highest standards of sustainability and transparency. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliMonitor new ESG reporting regulations and implement relevant standards across the group in close coordination with external partners and auditors /liliEnsure the completeness, integrity, and reliability of our ESG data while continuously improving the KPI framework, reporting, and analysis processes /liliPreparation of the external sustainability reporting in close collaboration with the relevant departments, Group Sustainability, and Investor Relations /liliSupport the implementation of our ESG goals, from definition and data preparation to transparent progress measurement /liliDevelop ESG guidelines, manuals, and governance structures, and implement a risk-based control framework for data quality and transparency /liliOptimize group-wide processes and collaborate closely across functions with various departments /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliUniversity degree with a focus on finance and sustainability or a comparable qualification /liliProven professional experience in the ESG field, ideally in a similar role or in consulting /liliSolid knowledge of ESG reporting standards (GRI, IFRS/TCFD, ESRS) and regulatory frameworks (CH OR, CSRD, EU Taxonomy) /liliStructured and well-organized working style combined with analytical thinking and project management skills /liliStrong communication skills with a high degree of adaptability, flexibility, and resilience /liliFluent in German and English, both written and spoken /li /ulh3Who We Are /h3pAt Belimo, we take pride in making our company a rewarding place to work.
