Interesting topics are waiting for you from day one. /p pEmbark on your next journey and join our unique Legal Financial Services practice in bGeneva /b to help solve exciting problems on a daily basis! /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 ul liExciting project work at the interface between business, law and technology /li liProcessing of complex legal issues for national and international customers in the field of financial services /li liInterdisciplinary cooperation in a dynamic and varied work environment at the pulse of our customers /li liDirect interaction with customers /li /ul h3What we look for /h3 ul liA master's degree in law; admission to the bar and/or further education such as dissertation/LL.M. is a plus /li liA first experience with advising on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues across a broad range of areas to ensure policies, procedures, processes align with applicable laws and regulations (not., AMLA, FinSA, FMIA) /li li1 to 3 years of post-qualification legal experience gained in an in-house environment, including experience within a bank or financial services institution in Switzerland /li liA solid interest in specializing in the financial market coupled with a passion, determination, and willingness to support our clients with excellent services as their trusted partner /li liSuccess factors that will accelerate your career: Ability to work in a team, entrepreneurial mindset, enjoyment of challenging issues and interdisciplinary project work, high quality standards as well as affinity for new technologies and regulatory transformation /li liBusiness proficient English and French, with additional fluency in German being highly desirable /li /ul h3What’s in it for you /h3 pHere at EY, you’ll have the chance to build a truly exceptional experience.
