In this position, you will lead risk-based audits across a broad range of banking activities while partnering with senior stakeholders to enhance governance, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced banking auditor looking to take ownership of complex audit assignments within a collaborative, international environment. /ph3Requirements /h3ulliLead the planning, execution, and delivery of internal audit engagements across various banking functions. /liliEvaluate the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks. /liliPresent audit findings and practical recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders. /liliBuild trusted relationships with business leaders, providing constructive challenge and professional guidance. /liliMonitor the implementation of agreed audit actions and ensure timely follow-up. /liliSupport investigations, regulatory reviews, and cross-functional audit initiatives where required. /liliContribute to the ongoing development of audit methodologies and share expertise within the audit team. /li /ulh3Competences /h3ulliDegree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, or a completed banking apprenticeship with relevant further education. /liliProfessional qualification such as strongCIA, CPA /strong, or a comparable certification is an advantage. /liliAt least strong5 years of experience /strong in internal or external banking audit, including responsibility for leading audit engagements. /liliStrong understanding of banking operations and one or more areas such as risk management, treasury, credit, payments, trading, portfolio management, or banking products. /liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and communicate findings effectively. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and presentation skills. /liliProactive, independent, and solution-oriented working style. /liliStrong Microsoft Office skills; experience with core banking systems such as strongAvaloq /strong is beneficial. /liliFluent English is required; additional language skills such as German, French, or Spanish are considered an asset. /liliWillingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis. /li /ulpMaybe not for you, but for someone else? /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
