ph3Functieomschrijving /h3 h3Description of the company /h3 pFor an important client, a solid manufacturing company located in the Mendrisio's area, we are looking for abr/bSENIOR BUYER – AUXILIARY PURCHASING RDA PROCESS SPECIALIST /b /p h3Role Responsibilities /h3 pThe Senior Buyer is responsible for managing indirect and auxiliary purchases required for the operation of the manufacturing plant, ensuring the availability of materials, spare parts, services, and technical supplies that support operational and maintenance activities. The role is also responsible for managing and continuously improving the RDA (Request Documentation Approval) process, ensuring the proper approval flow of purchase requests in compliance with company procedures, budgets, and operational priorities. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Auxiliary Purchasing Management /h3 ul liManage the procurement of MRO materials, technical spare parts, indirect materials, and industrial consumables /li liEnsure the availability of materials required for production, maintenance, and facility operations /li liManage the procurement of technical services, facility management services, and operational support services /li liCollaborate with Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Warehouse departments to define priorities and requirements /li liSupport preventive maintenance activities, plant shutdowns, and extraordinary maintenance interventions /li /ul h3Supplier Management Strategic Sourcing /h3 ul liIdentify, qualify, and develop strategic suppliers /li liNegotiate commercial terms aimed at cost optimization and service level improvement /li liMonitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery reliability, and competitiveness /li liEstablish framework agreements and develop long-term partnerships with key suppliers /li liIdentify cost-saving opportunities and procurement process improvement initiatives /li /ul h3RDA Process Management /h3 ul liCoordinate and oversee the entire RDA process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals /li liVerify the completeness of documentation and compliance with company procedures before purchase order issuance /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders to manage urgent purchase requests /li liMonitor process performance and propose continuous improvement actions /li liEnsure proper document filing and compliance with audit requirements /li /ul h3Cost Control Operational Support /h3 ul liAnalyze spending within assigned categories and propose optimization initiatives /li liCollaborate with Warehouse and Maintenance departments to ensure adequate stock levels of critical spare parts /li liSupport the management of purchasing budgets related to assigned categories /li liContribute to risk mitigation through supplier base diversification /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 pRequirements: /p ul liBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in procurement roles within manufacturing companies /li liExperience managing the RDA process in a manufacturing environment (preferably 5+ years). /li liGood knowledge of ERP systems, preferably AS400, SAP, or equivalent /li liEnglish proficiency at B2/C1 level /li liStrong results orientation and problem-solving skills /li liExcellent negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities /li liStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills /li /ul h3Our offer /h3 pWe offer a permanent contract directly with the client. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
