Your Role
You’ll be responsible for coordinating and managing several small- to medium-sized software projects of varying complexity, working in a structured and independent manner while consistently applying our internal processes. You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once when several clients suddenly become active at the same time.You don’t need development experience, but you’re comfortable coordinating IT projects. You ask the right questions, identify dependencies, and keep everyone on track. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and feel comfortable receiving their requests, discussing them with our developers, working out the terms, and presenting them to the client.
Your Responsibilities
- Project Management & Coordination: Planning, prioritizing, and tracking tasks and milestones across multiple projects
- Team Coordination: Close collaboration with your project team; you ensure that communication, resources, and dependencies are managed
- Client Communication: Regular communication with the client, structured documentation of requests, proactive reporting, and managing client expectations
- Quotes & Sales: Receiving client inquiries, clarifying details with the development team, drafting terms and conditions, and closing sales with the client
- Process Responsibility: Consistent and thoughtful application of our internal project methodology
- Escalation & Risk Management: Early identification of problems and independent initiation of corrective measures
- Interface: Between the development team, internal leadership, and external stakeholders
What You Bring to the Table
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in an IT or software development environment
- Basic technical understanding: You don’t need to know how to code, but you know what a backend is, how app development works, and what developers mean when they talk about tech debt
- Good judgment: You know when to strictly adhere to our processes and when to prioritize pragmatic solutions in the best interest of the project and the client.
- Strong coordination skills: You keep track of teams, timelines, and dependencies without getting lost in the details
- Independent and reliable work style—you don’t need constant guidance, but you know when to escalate an issue
