Our full list of tailored local benefits in Visp can be found on 9cd58bc563c44174b5a4f5fedd /li /ul h3What you will do: /h3 ul liLead and coordinate procurement activities for assigned portfolios, ensuring continuity of supply, cost competitiveness, and compliance with procurement standards. /li liGuide and support the Buyer team, providing direction on priorities, processes, and best procurement practices. /li liManage supplier relationships and drive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) initiatives through regular business reviews, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement plans. /li liOversee vendor performance, identifying opportunities to improve delivery reliability, quality, service levels, and regulatory compliance. /li liDrive digitalization and process standardization across procurement activities, ensuring effective use of SAP and other procurement tools. /li liCollaborate closely with Planning, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Finance, and other stakeholders to support operational excellence and supply chain objectives. /li liContribute to supply chain transformation and improvement projects, including material creation, supplier onboarding, certificate management, logistics optimization, and invoicing process enhancements. /li /ul h3What we are looking for: /h3 ul liA degree or equivalent experience in SCM, Procurement, or any relevant field. /li liProven experience in SCM Procurement, preferably in a regulated industry. /li liGood knowledge of SAP MM ERP and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills. /li liProficiency in English is required; German proficiency is advantageous. /li liA great teammate, excelling in collaborating across cross-functional teams. /li /ul pAt Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
