Operating our specialised vehicles called agitators, you will ensure the timely and safe transportation of concrete from our plants to construction sites. This role requires a keen attention to safety, a strong sense of responsibility, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include: /p ul liSafely operate agitator trucks to deliver concrete to various locations. /li liFollow prescribed delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries to construction sites. /li liInspect vehicles before and after each trip, reporting any maintenance or safety issues. /li liComply with all traffic regulations and maintain a clean driving record. /li liAdhere to health and safety guidelines, both on the road and at job sites. /li liProvide excellent customer service, building positive relationships with clients. /li liMaintain accurate records of deliveries and paperwork. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pTo excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience: /p ul liValid and clean HR driver's license /li liProven experience as a professional driver with on‑road HR experience, ideally with experience (however not essential) in operating agitator trucks /li liStrong understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws. /li liPhysical ability to load and unload concrete as necessary. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage time efficiently. /li liA strong commitment to safety and responsible driving practices. /li liFlexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and public holidays, if required. /li /ul pAs part of a global company, Holcim offers long term career paths along with a variety of training and development opportunities.
