ppAnalyse global software components and assess their implementation within local Claims and Motor environments.br/Design and document solution architectures and technical specifications.br/Identify and define local enhancements and adaptation requirements.br/Lead and support distributed development teams across international locations.br/Provide technical guidance on solution design, development, and integration.br/Promote best practices in software engineering, architecture, and development standards.br/Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.br/Conduct and support code reviews, unit testing, and system integration testing activities.br/Ensure quality, maintainability, and scalability of software solutions.br/Drive architecture discussions and support decision-making across teams.br/Support the implementation of event-driven and microservices-based architectures. /ph3Requirements /h3ulli10+ years' experience as a Lead Developer, Senior Developer, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect. /liliMinimum 3+ years' development experience within complex enterprise environments, preferably in the Claims domain. /liliExperience leading technical initiatives and mentoring development teams. /liliExperience working within international and geographically distributed teams. /liliStrong understanding of Agile software development and delivery practices. /liliStrong hands-on experience with Java (17+), Spring Boot 3.x, and REST APIs. /liliExperience designing and developing microservices and event-driven solutions using Kafka. /liliKnowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles. /liliExperience with Git, JUnit, and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. /liliCloud platform knowledge (Azure and/or AWS). /li /ulh3Core Competencies /h3pDemonstrates extensive experience in leading software development initiatives, particularly in complex enterprise environments, with a strong focus on microservices architecture and Agile practices.
