The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders to optimize systems, improve operational efficiency, manage technology vendors, and drive automation initiatives. /ph3IT Infrastructure Workplace Technology /h3ulliLead and improve the company's IT operations and digital workplace environment. /liliEnsure smooth onboarding, offboarding, device management, access management, and user support. /liliOversee helpdesk and service management processes, ensuring high service quality. /liliManage collaboration and productivity tools used across the organization. /liliContinuously improve employee experience through technology and automation. /liliPartner with cybersecurity teams to maintain security and compliance standards. /liliManage IT budgets, software licenses, hardware, and vendor relationships. /li /ulh3Enterprise Systems Vendor Management /h3ulliMaintain oversight of the company's application and SaaS landscape. /liliEnsure systems are well governed, properly adopted, and aligned with business needs. /liliManage software renewals, licensing, contracts, and vendor performance. /liliIdentify opportunities to simplify the technology stack and reduce costs. /liliPartner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and technology spend optimization. /liliSupport business leaders in making effective technology decisions. /li /ulh3The Successful Applicant /h3ulli8+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, Enterprise Systems, Digital Workplace, or a similar leadership role. /liliStrong experience managing IT support, workplace technology, identity and access management, and device lifecycle management. /liliProven track record in SaaS governance, vendor management, software licensing, and budget management. /liliExperience working in international, multi-site, or fast-growing technology environments. /liliKnowledge of automation and AI solutions in a corporate setting is highly desirable. /liliStrong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills. /liliAbility to balance strategic planning with operational execution. /liliFluent English required; additional languages are an advantage. /li /ulh3What's on Offer /h3ulliHigh Flexiblity /liliAttrative Package /liliScale-up Environment /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
