Ensure effective prevention, detection, and response to cyber threats, lead security initiatives, support teams in adopting Security by Design principles, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards. Strengthen the company’s long-term resilience through continuous improvement of its cybersecurity posture. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine, implement, and continuously improve cybersecurity controls to protect the company’s information systems, infrastructure, and data /li liDesign and evolve the architecture of security solutions, ensuring effective governance, performance, and continuous improvement /li liEstablish and maintain hardening standards for infrastructure, systems, and workstations /li liLead vulnerability management activities, remediation plans, and security metrics tracking /li liDetect, analyze, and coordinate incident response activities, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented with the relevant teams /li liEnsure governance of Identity and Access Management (IAM), privileged access, and authentication mechanisms /li liContribute to the development and maintenance of security policies, standards, and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices /li liSupport IT and business teams in integrating cybersecurity requirements into projects and promote Security by Design principles /li liDefine cybersecurity requirements applicable to new projects, solutions, and technology providers /li liMonitor technological and regulatory developments to identify improvement opportunities and continuously strengthen the company’s security posture /li /ul h3Qualification /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) /li /ul h3Experience / Technical Skills /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience as a Cybersecurity Engineer or in a similar role /li liStrong understanding of cybersecurity principles, including risk management, vulnerability management, hardening, incident response, IAM, Zero Trust, etc. /li liExpertise in Microsoft environments (Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Windows Server) /li liProficiency working with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments /li liHands-on experience with EDR/XDR solutions, SIEM platforms, firewalls, VPNs, network security, and cloud security /li liGood understanding of hybrid infrastructures and enterprise network architectures /li liFamiliarity with security frameworks and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, etc.) /li liCybersecurity certifications are considered an asset /li liFluent in French and English /li liAbility to work independently, take ownership, and manage priorities effectively /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills /li liExcellent communication abilities, with the capacity to explain and simplify complex technical concepts /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams /li liStrong attention to detail, rigor, and organizational skills /li liCuriosity, commitment to continuous learning, and interest in technology trends /li liCalm, pragmatic, and effective approach when handling incidents and complex situations /li /ul pEcorobotix is an equal opportunities employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
