Project Engineer (Senior)

ppJoin a major Site Master Plan initiative where your engineering leadership will help bring a critical pharmaceutical facility to life. /p pProclinical is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support a high-impact project in Switzerland. This role focuses on managing a significant capital project as part of a Site Master Plan, with an emphasis on facility construction, commissioning, qualification, and handover. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project across all phases. /p pPlease note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead large-scale capital projects from planning through commissioning and handover. /li liCoordinate multi-disciplinary engineering strategies to meet schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory requirements. /li liAct as a senior technical authority, reviewing and approving design changes and technical submittals. /li liOversee multimillion-dollar budgets, monitor costs, and participate in contractor selection and evaluation. /li liDevelop project schedules, identify critical path items, and implement risk mitigation strategies. /li liProvide on-site engineering oversight during construction and commissioning, ensuring alignment with design intent and safety standards. /li liMaintain detailed project documentation and prepare executive-level status updates and technical summaries. /li /ul h3Key Skills and Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management (Master's preferred). /li liExperience leading capital projects in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices. /li liStrong technical judgment and problem-solving skills. /li liProven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex contractor relationships. /li liFamiliarity with regulatory expectations for facilities in regulated industries. /li liProficiency in project management tools and engineering documentation. /li liExcellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional and executive interactions. /li liProficiency in English; German language skills are a plus. /li liWillingness to travel occasionally (less than 10%). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
