You will collaborate closely with colleagues from Commercial, Market Access, Public Affairs, Procurement, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, IT, and other key functions while supporting decision-making across the organization. /p h3Your main tasks /h3 ulliProvide legal and compliance advice to internal stakeholders on business-critical matters. /liliDraft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial and operational agreements. /liliSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance programs, policies, and governance frameworks. /liliContribute to risk assessments, monitoring activities, audits, and remediation initiatives. /liliPartner with business teams to enable compliant and effective execution of strategic projects and initiatives. /liliDevelop and deliver training sessions and awareness programs related to ethics, compliance, and regulatory requirements. /liliDrive process optimization and support the adoption of innovative digital solutions and new ways of working. /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ullibSwiss Master of Law degree (MLaw) /b or an equivalent legal qualification. /lili2–5 years of professional experience in blegal and/or compliance functions /b. /liliPrior exposure to commercial agreements and cross-functional stakeholder engagement is highly desirable. /liliExperience within a bregulated environment /b is considered a plus. /liliKnowledge of bSwiss and European legal and compliance frameworks relevant to the pharmaceutical sector /b would be advantageous. /liliStrong learning agility, with the ability to rapidly acquire expertise and adapt across a broad range of subject matters /lilibFluent in German and English /b; French is considered an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
