Engineering Project Manager (CAPEX)

ppLooking for an opportunity to manage high-impact engineering projects in a fast-paced biotech and pharmaceutical environment? /p pProclinical is seeking an Engineering Project Manager (CAPEX) to oversee and deliver local capital expenditure projects, primarily in the Fill-Finish area, from feasibility through planning, execution, and qualification/validation. This role is part of the global engineering and project delivery team and requires a hands-on approach to managing complex projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. /p pPlease note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead and manage mid-sized CAPEX projects with high complexity, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. /li liOversee all project phases, including feasibility studies, planning, execution, and qualification/validation. /li liManage contracts and control project budgets effectively. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. /li liApply expertise in chemical, biotech, or pharmaceutical process and infrastructure engineering. /li liEnsure adherence to cGxP standards and manage qualification processes. /li liProvide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency. /li /ul h3Key Skills and Requirements: /h3 ul liA degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or higher) in mechanical, electrical, process, or chemical engineering (or equivalent). /li liDemonstrated leadership experience in managing engineering or project teams. /li liProven track record of successfully managing mid-sized CAPEX projects in the chemical, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries. /li liStrong project management skills, including contract management and financial controlling. /li liIn-depth knowledge of chemical, biotech, or pharmaceutical processes and infrastructure engineering. /li liFamiliarity with cGxP standards and qualification processes. /li liFluency in both German and English, written and spoken.br/ /li /ul pBy submitting this application, you confirm that you've read and understood our privacy policy, which informs you how we process and safeguard your data - /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
