We are seeking a driven and engaging personality who brings strong expertise, takes ownership, and actively contributes to the continued success of the team. /ph3Your main tasks: /h3ulliDrive MA initiatives together with the Head of MA in collaboration with the Executive Management, the business units, and our private equity investor /liliIdentify, assess, and execute acquisition opportunities, from target identification and the management of due diligence processes through to signing and closing /liliHand over the transaction to PMI following completion, ensuring a smooth transition /liliCoordinate internal stakeholders and external partners such as legal and financial advisors, investment banks and other transaction experts /liliPrepare valuations, financial models, deal analyses and decision materials for the Executive Management and Board of Directors /liliConduct market, company, and competitive analyses /li /ulh3This job is for you if you have: /h3ulliA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field /lili4-6 years of relevant experience in Corporate MA, MA advisory, investment banking, transaction advisory or private equity /liliStrong skills in valuation, financial modelling and financial analysis /liliStrong conceptual skills combined with the ability to condense complex issues into crisp key messages and to craft compelling PowerPoint presentations /liliThe ability to cope well in fast-paced and challenging environments, handling and prioritizing deliverables across multiple workstreams /liliStrong communication skills and confidence in working with senior stakeholders; fluent English is required, German is a plus /liliExperience in the Professional Services industry (e.g. consulting, IT services, business services) will be favorably regarded /li /ulh3What matters to us /h3pDiversity is a source of growth and inspiration for us.
