Own business processes across the trade lifecycle and ensure products function correctly front to back
Support the business day-to-day in assessing needs, identifying process gaps, and defining improvements
Coordinate the end-to-end implementation of new products: requirements, impact assessment across functions and systems, functional design, and readiness
Plan and execute testing and UAT for new products, process changes, and system releases
Drive continuous improvement of processes across the lifecycle, including where the system shapes or constrains the process
Act as the interface between business stakeholders and IT, Data Teams & ETRM Operations, translating requirements into deliverable change
Maintain process documentation and ensure operational knowledge is captured and transferable
Support post-implementation review and ensure changes deliver the intended business outcome
Qualifications
Minimum 6–10 years experience in energy trading operations, trade process analysis, or business analysis within a trading environment
Deep understanding of the trade lifecycle front to back (deal capture, validation, risk, scheduling, settlement, invoicing)
Solid hands-on experience with ETRM systems; Endur experience required
Proven track record coordinating new product implementations or cross-functional change end-to-end
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and workable system solutions
Experience with structured testing and UAT coordination
Working knowledge of SQL and/or programming languages is an advantage
Strong stakeholder management; comfortable operating with seniority across Front Office, Operations, Risk, and Finance
Self-directed, structured, and able to own topics with limited supervision
