Audit Trade, Industries & Services Manager

About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join a leading global professional services firm, working with a broad portfolio of national and international clients across the Trade, Industries & Services sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading complex audit engagements, building strong client relationships, mentoring high-performing teams, and helping shape the future of audit through digital innovation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage audit engagements for annual and consolidated financial statements.
• Act as the trusted advisor to clients on complex accounting and regulatory matters, including OR, IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER and US GAAP.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver high-quality audits while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Drive the adoption of data analytics and digital audit tools such as Alteryx and Power BI to improve audit quality and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Swiss Certified Public Accountant (Swiss audit diploma) or an equivalent qualification such as ACCA, ACA or CPA.
• 4 to 7 years of external audit experience, ideally gained within a Big Four or international professional services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of Swiss and international accounting standards.
• A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing people.
• A proactive mindset with a strong interest in technology, automation and data-driven auditing.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
