Assistant Front Office Manager (H/F)

Around a dozen luxury hotels in Switzerland and France belong to Michel Reybier Hospitality. In the world-famous resort of Zermatt, the hotel portfolio includes the traditional Mont Cervin Palace (5*S) , the trendy new Schweizerhof (4*S) , and the historic Monte Rosa (4*) . We are looking for a supervisor for Le Petit Cervin for this winter season (December-April). Join us! Ensure exceptional guest service through strong professional expertise and effective complaint resolution. Actively support the Front Office team and ensure smooth day-to-day operational processes. Continuously monitor, improve, and optimise Front Office procedures while ensuring compliance with LQA standards. Manage cash handling and oversee cash registers and service reconciliations. Process and verify commission payments. Prepare and review guest and travel agency invoices. Conduct sales conversations and handle written and telephone reservations. Post daily revenue and perform end-of-day closing procedures, including verification of service reconciliations. Carry out general front desk and reception duties.
