We don't bolt AI onto broken workflows; we redesign them with AI at the core. /ph3Role /h3pAs a Senior Data BI Business Analyst (Finance), you will be: /pulliUnderstanding Finance business challenges and translating them into structured functional requirements. /liliGathering, analysing, and prioritising requirements through stakeholder workshops, and producing detailed functional specifications for BI Analytics solutions. /liliDefining data models and business objects with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers, applying dimensional modeling (star schema, facts, dimensions, KPIs, semantic models). /liliSupporting UAT, validation, and ensuring business requirements are met throughout delivery. /liliUpholding data governance, business rules, documentation, and data-quality standards, and driving user adoption of BI/Data best practices. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /ppTo succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including: /pulli6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis.
