You will be responsible for analysing business requirements, investigating and resolving production incidents, and ensuring the smooth operation and availability of business-critical applications. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will help deliver high-quality solutions that address business needs and enhance the overall client experience. /ppIn this role, you will collaborate with Software Engineers, Service Managers, Product teams, Project Delivery teams, and Client Management to identify root causes, resolve incidents, and drive continuous service improvements.
