To support its continued growth, the company is looking to recruit a Receptionists / Operations Support professionals on a 60% basis. Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner; Managing the main telephone line and handling incoming enquiries; Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring they are prepared for internal and external meetings; Managing incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries; Ordering office supplies and helping maintain an efficient office environment; Providing day-to-day administrative support to various departments; Assisting with a range of operational and office management tasks as required. < >< > Dynamic and client-facing role within a professional environment.
