Provide comprehensive executive support to the Director General, acting as a trusted business partner.
Manage a complex and constantly evolving calendar, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
Organize international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and detailed itineraries.
Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, briefing notes, and correspondence in English and French.
Act as a key liaison with senior internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
Coordinate leadership meetings, executive visits, and international events.
Take minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives.
Support strategic projects and contribute to the efficient operation of the Director General's office.
Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.

Experience supporting a C-suite executive, Director General, CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent senior leader within an international environment.
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence interacting with senior executives and international partners.
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding and fast-moving environment.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).

Outstanding written and spoken English is essential (professional/native-level proficiency).
Fluent French is required, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Additional languages would be considered an asset.
