ph3Job description: /h3 /brul /brliSupport customers to reinforce competitive edge and leadership by delivering high class services with innovative products and solutions contributing to the protection of global currency and security documents /li /brliSupport customers with expertise and solutions during the implementation use of our products /li /brliContribute to the Technical knowledge sharing to customers /li /brliEnsure support in problem solving issues and products optimization /li /brliKeep customer satisfaction by ensuring products and solutions performance /li /brliParticipate in the development of new products and solutions within the different RI projects /li /brliIn collaboration with various departments (RI, Regional Business Directors, Marketing and Manufacturing Operations), participate in the promotion of our new products, solutions and concepts /li /brliManage administrative tasks related to the service and activities. /li /br /ul /brh3Profile description: /h3 /brul /brliEngineering degree in Chemistry or equivalent in printing industry (3-5 years’ experience in chemical or printing industry is an advantage) /li /brliVery flexible and willing to travel around the world (up to 50%) /li /brliDemonstrated ability in managing multiple tasks/projects along with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment independently /li /brliAbility to establish credibility with internal external stakeholders, strong ethics and customer orientation /li /brliExcellent communication interpersonal skills /li /brliFluent in English and in French.
