We have a top position in the high voltage trans-former bushing areas worldwide. /p pbr/In this highly responsible and dynamic role, you will lead our laboratory team at MICAFIL in Zürich-Altstetten (ZH) and ensure that we further strengthen our competitiveness and develop our Swiss branch to meet the global market growth in the field of energy. In this important role, you will continuously drive forward the efficient and innovative processes of our 3 different laboratories together with a strong team. If you have a passion for leadership and high voltage testing, we offer you the stage to bring about real change and actively shape the future of our production processes. /p h3How you’ll make an impact /h3 ul lipLead the laboratory team, including resource management and team development (15 FTE) and act as the point of contact for HV testing at Zürich-Altstetten MICAFIL /p /li lipEnsure compliance with safety and quality standards (IEC/IEEE) /p /li lipAnalyze implement efficient production business processes to increase safety, quality and productivity /p /li lipEnsure high output through reliable high-voltage testing procedures (AC, DC, impulse, partial discharge) /p /li lipIdentify and integrate new technologies and best practices to drive the continuous improvement process (CIP) together with your team and our Process Engineering team /p /li lipCollaborate closely with planning, quality assurance, logistics, other production departments and relevant stakeholders for holistic process design and improvement /p /li lipBe responsible for optimal work and maintenance instructions and other relevant regulations (e.g. ISO, Lean, Six Sigma) /p /li lipDevelop and monitor the most important key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and re-port to operations manager /p /li lipAs People Manager, you will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines /p /li /ul h3Your background /h3 ul lipTechnical apprenticeship and qualifications (Bachelor / Master) in the field of Electrical Engineering or equivalent /p /li lipSeveral years of experience in a similar leadership position (High-Voltage Testing/Insulation Technology/Power Engineering) /p /li lipSolid knowledge in high-voltage systems, generators, and automation systems /p /li lipSolid knowledge of lean management, Six Sigma and other process optimization methods /p /li lipProven experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams /p /li lipStrong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision making combined with a strong focus on safety /p /li lipExcellent time management, communication and organizational skills /p /li lipFluent in German and English /p /li /ul h3More about us /h3 pbr/Our flexible working practices help you optimize personal and business performance while creating an environment where all employees can develop their skills and grow. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
